Tasting Notes: Alluvial soils, rocky and poor in nutrients, are fundamental in the creation of this Cabernet Sauvignon, which comes from the famous Maipo Valley. The climate in this area is Mediterranean with an influence from the Andes mountain range and pronounced temperature fluctuations, creating the ideal conditions for the development of this variety. On the nose, this wine reveals notes of red cherry, plum and cassis, with a soft vanilla and cedar presence. In the mouth it has a firm structure combined with silky tannins, which give it a long, persistent finish. This Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 16 months in French and American casks and barrels. Flavour: Supple, polished and delicate Cabernet Sauvignon - Syrah blend, rich and concentrated. Big blue and black fruits with hints of chocolate and toasted coffee. It brings out soft tannins and good structure. The texture is smooth, finishing with rich, generous and silky tannins.
