Tasting Notes: Cultivated at altitudes of 1,200 to 1,700 metres, the coffee cherries are handselected to ensure only the ripest berries are collected from this estate, which is renowned for its nutrient-rich soil, warm, gentle climate, and excellent location in the highlands. This harvest boasts a delicate malty flavour with nutty overtones and a bright aftertaste of fresh citrus. Preparation Method: Step 1: Tear open the sachet from the slit at the top of right side. Step 2: Gently open the filter bag by tearing along the perforation. Step 3: Hook the paper clasps around your cup. Step 4: Slowly pour water heated to (95°C) over the coffee until you fill the cup.
